Hotel Reservations
Project New West has reserved a block
of hotel rooms at two great Las Vegas hotels at
a special group rate. Space is limited, so
please reserve your room today at the
Mandalay Bay or the
Luxor by clicking on these links.
Bus Transportation
Project New West has arranged for bus
transportation from the Mandalay Bay and the
Luxor to the World Market Center each morning
and evening of the Summit. We will have more
information on transportation schedules shortly.
Site
Please note that all events, including
dinners and receptions, are on-site at the World
Market Center, 495 S. Grand Central Parkway,Las
Vegas, 89106, near downtown. We are in Building
B.
Summit Check In
You must check in for the Summit to receive your
name-tage and program. Only participants with
proper credentials will be allowed at the event.
Advanced check-in for hotel guests will be
available on Saturday, October 15 from 5:00-800

main hotel check in area
After Saturday evening, all
Summit participant check-in will occur at the
World Market Center 495 S. Grand Central Parkway
in as Vegas 89106. We are in building B in the
main atrium on the first floor.
